The symposium is an event that brings together Indigenous women, their families and allied scholars to celebrate the voices, experiences, and lives of Indigenous women.

This year's symposium will bring together some of the original Indigenous women leaders and their supporters to share their stories of fighting for gender equality. Never before has this happened.
